I am pleased to furnish you a copy of the second issue of

                                                 C4C Magazine, the official publication that reports my   

                                                 performance from January to  September  2008  After  one 

                                                 year  as  your Congressman, I  know  that  we still  have a

                                                 long journey to make. 

 

                                                  Let this issue be an expression of my deep gratitude for

                                                  your support of my early endeavors. When I decided to

                                                   run for Congress, I made a commitment to deliver to

                                                  Batanes my noble vision  to  produce  a  self-reliant 

                                                  community in an environment that provides maximum

                                                  opportunities through proper support  and  assistance. 

                                                  Hence,  this  issue is a celebration of 9 months of hard

work, perseverance, and collaboration in order to move towards our vision.

 

I hope that through this report, you will be able to witness the transformative effects the

efforts your humble Representative have impacted on the lives of Ivatans. I hope, too,

that you will continue to support our programs so we can all beinstruments in turning

Batanes into a province of healthy citizenry, enlightened and educated constituency,

and dynamic economy.

 

In this report, you will read about programs that many of you were unaware of, such

as the water system. Little did you know that since  , the laying down of pipes from

the reservoir has been on-going. Deeply aware that water is the primary concern of

everyone, I wish to assure you that my days and nights have been poured into

delivering this service to you. 

 

This report is a testimony to that. Here, you will know that there are people in your very

midst who have been exhausting their time, energies and intellects in order to collaborate

with me in giving you better service. 

 

Perhaps, only their pictures are featured,

but I assure you, they have been so dynamic

and indefatigable as they seek means to be

of service to you. 

 

These selfless servants of  Batanes  have 

been  my  partners  but  they  have  been

self-effacing, not wanting to drum up their

accomplishments. Rather, they have silently 

but persistently fought for projects that they

know will be for the common good. I invite

you to read about them in this report and

recognize their efforts.

 

Lastly, this report is a validation of what

Batanes can achieve if we all work towards

a lofty vision. Let’s once again walk to the

beat of “Campaign for Change…..C4C na

ang buong Batanes…..” and achieve OUR DREAMS.
